shipment
1. Ready candles available in the store are shipped by 4 business days from the moment the payment is credited to the account, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
2. We ship candles with a scent to order within 5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
3. We ship all our candles in biodegradable packaging. We do not use plastic to protect the candles.
4. When ordering, you can choose from three shipping options:
- shipment by Parcel Locker PLN 15
- shipment by courier DPD 19 PLN
- pickup in person in Krakow at ul. Szujski - free of charge. We will notify you about the possibility of collection via a separate e-mail.
5. At the client's request, we can attach wishes / note for the recipient to the package.
